8' x 10' Guard Booth / Building with Swing Door

Highly durable, all-aluminum guard booths. Our 8' x 10' guard booth is shipped fully equipped and ready for use. Our 8' x 10' booth features approximately 80 sq. feet of space and is often used for on-site office booths, equipment enclosures, guard shacks or large cashier booths because of its wider size in both length and width.

Standard booth features include:

80 square feet of interior space
One half glass swinging door
Two 110V outlets & one 220V outlet
Two 48" light fixtures with wall mounted light switch
Gray 1/2" HDPE Laminated OSB Panel Flooring

Framework * The standard framework features a milled aluminum finish that eliminates rust and withstands harsh weather. The framework can be painted to match standard pearl grey, white or champagne wall panel finishes or in custom colors. Read More >

Roof Options * Booths can be outfitted with a variety of roofing options. These include factory installed, featuring a 3" overhang, and a knockdown roof that can feature overhangs of 6" to 24" on any or every side, but which must be installed on site. Read More >

Downspouts * Each booth features standard gutters with pre-drilled hole for drainage. Downspouts can be added to the structure in order to control the drainage of rain from the booth's roof system. Read More >

Insulation * Standard wall panels are composed of a 1/2" Medex laminated with 0.030" thick FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) surface panels with an R-3 insulation value. Booths can be upgraded to 1-1/2" thick insulated wall and ceiling panels to achieve an R-10 insulation value. Read More >

Wall Panel Finish * The standard color wall panel is pearl gray, but champagne and white are also available at no extra charge. Read More >

Flooring * Each booth comes standard with either an aluminum treadplate floor (standard for small booths) or vinyl tile flooring (standard for larger booths). For booths that feature vinyl tile flooring as the standard option, one can upgrade to aluminum treadplate floors. Read More >

Door Styles * Sliding doors are only available in one style, while our standard swing door can be replaced with a number of different door styles. Swing doors can also be outfitted with hydraulic closers and louvers which can specified in the Other Options & Accessories tab below. Read More >

Windows * Horizontal sliding windows with optional screens come standard on all booths. Fixed windows and solid panels can be substituted, but these alter the design of the booth so you must consult the factory for an estimate. Specialty ticket windows can also be substituted in place of sliding windows. Read More >

Shelves & Drawers * Smaller booths include an interior shelf in their base price. Shelves can be added to larger units on an as needed basis. We also offer exterior shelves and two drawer options: a standard metal storage drawer and a Shure™ Thru-the-Wall transaction drawer. Read More >

Interior Lighting * Each booth is equipped with (24” or 48”) overhead lighting features. Smaller booths feature a single light while larger booths have up to 4 light fixtures. Read More >

Exterior Lighting * Exterior spotlights can be added to each booth and integrated with the electrical system and light switches. Read More >

Electrical Upgrades * Each booth is outfitted with its own circuit breaker box, outlets and switches. All conduit and wiring is surface mounted and installed in compliance with the National Electrical Code. Read More >

Climate Control * Booths do not come standard with any climate control options, but can be outfitted with a variety of HVAC units, air conditioners, and baseboard heaters. Pricing includes the preparation of a framed cutout to the specifications of the unit chosen or you can request a framed cutout and install your own unit. Read More >
